Hulhule ferry"BANGALHIS"

I am a regular "customer' who travels hulhule ferry on everyday.
I guy with a sleepy face started to collect money from all the passangers,I can easily says, he has no interest on his job.But from the first sight,I can say that he is "BANGALHI"who has no knowledge.He barely can speak in Dhivehi.
The fact is those people dont know anyhting and they are brought to here,by the ferry owners to maximize their income...
1)they dont know how many passangers are onborad.
2)they dont know how much has to be taken from each passnger(cox he will be half sleeping)
3)they dont know how much he has to give for the balance(if someone give 100RF for 3 person) LOL....
4)they dont know DHIVEHI or ENGLISH(in most cases)

As I think the Maldivain goverment law says"No expatriate should be appointred as a cashier)so.........
